Thursdays tour offers the shortest distance…lots to eat but less time on your feet!  Delicious tastings are enjoyed at 6 delicious stops coupled with insightful presentations of this neighborhoods’s cultural, historical and architectural highlights provided by knowledgeable and entertaining local guides.

Between the fabulous flavors, you will discover hidden gems…specialty shops, tradespeople and merchants who provide something unique to locals and visitors alike.

Where to Meet

Parking is available on various streets on and around Park Avenue. Please observe any noted parking signs.

The tour will meet at the teacup in front of the Mad Hatter on South Goodman Street. If it, is raining, we will meet on the covered porch at the entrance.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early as the tour will start promptly at 11am.

The tour lasts approximately 3 hours and covers 1-1.5 miles.    Most of our stops provide seating, however, you will be on your feet between locations and may have to stand at 2 or 3 stops.  We walk at a moderately casual pace and will adjust to what is most comfortable for the group.

SHORTEST DISTANCE TO WALK TOUR–Park Ave-Thursdays…this tour covers 0.25 miles (2 short blocks).  If you are concerned about walking too far, this route is manageable …lots to eat without much time on your feet!

Pittsford Food Tour:  Parking is available throughout Schoen Place and in lots behind the Public Library.  There is also a parking lot  located behind town hall.

Park Avenue Food Tours:  Park near the intersection of Park Avenue and Vassar Street.    ( Please note posted signs for on- street parking restrictions.)

Neighborhood of the Arts:  There is plenty of parking at Village Gate as their are lots and spaces surrounding the building.  Arrive early to ensure you get a spot in time to meet the tour.

The tours are held rain, shine, or snow. In the event of inclement weather, we will be able to go inside many of the establishments on the tour. We also provide ponchos in case of sudden weather changes or if you do not have your own umbrella. However, we advise to check the weather conditions for your days event and dress appropriately.

Yes.  tickets must be purchased in advance.  Tours often sell out so we suggest purchasing your tickets early to guarantee availability on your desired tour day.  Tickets can only be purchased with a Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard from our website or by calling. Cash and/or walk-up traffic the day of the tours are not accepted.
